TIER 1 APPAREL is a made to order company, meaning that the item(s) are not produced until payment is submitted and successful .

We work on a schedule of 3 to 5 business days per production cycle, therefore, we ask for up to 3 to 5 business days before your order ships out to you.

Your order status will show as “Pending Status, ready for pick and in production mode”. Once your order is ready to ship the status will change to “Shipped status” and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number in your log in account or email registered on the site.

We provide “ Standard Flat Rate Shipping” (3-5 Business Days) to 5-7 Days based on logistics and weather situation of the carrier.

Express Shipping : We don’t offer express shipping at this moment due to all of our products and prints are made to order on demand . We may offer some express shipping in the near future on some of our top sellers and on demand designs, thank you!
